Personal Training 1:1

If you’re looking to fine-tune your practice and receive one-on-one personal attention and support, then these bespoke sessions are for you. The classes will be based on our barre-method, but we will work with you to create a programme that focuses on your individual goals. You’ll be motivated, be assisted with technique, and be able to work out at a time that best suits you. The sessions will be structured differently from a usual group fitness class, so they’re more interactive. There will also be further props that don’t appear in our group fitness sessions.

Workout with a friend
Personal Training 2:1

This session is perfect if you and a workout buddy want to smash your goals together. We know how motivating it is to have company when you’re working out. These 2:1 sessions offers an affordable way to get a more bespoke workout, with a huge focus on technique — all with the support of a friend, family member or colleague. There will be further props that don’t appear in our group fitness sessions too.

Workout on your terms
Small Group Sessions

Organise a workout with your friends, family members or colleagues — on your own schedule. Small Group Sessions allow you to feel the vibes of a group fitness session, but experience a bespoke session that suits the needs of your group. We will happily work with you to create a unique experience for your group, or take charge and do the thinking for you. There will be further props that don’t appear in our group fitness sessions too.
