Please remove your shoes outside and carry them into the changing rooms.

We kindly ask that phones are on silent and left in the changing room. Our yoga mats are a phone-free zone.

All personal belongings should stay in the changing room, with only water bottles allowed on the mat.

We love to encourage conversation before and after classes—it’s a great way to connect with those around you. However, once class begins, we ask that you minimise talking. Our classes are an opportunity to tune into your body and fully immerse yourself in the experience, so chatting during class is discouraged.

Doors open 15 minutes before class begins, and we kindly ask that you arrive on time, as late arrivals cannot be accommodated. Outside of standard business hours, the external building doors will be locked once the class starts. If the doors are locked, unfortunately, this means you’ve missed your class.

Please note that a no-show fee will apply if you miss your class, so we encourage you to plan ahead to arrive promptly.

If you have a membership and are unable to book a class, please check the following:

Ensure your membership payment has been processed and there are sufficient funds in your account.

Verify that your membership isn’t set to expire within the next two weeks.

Please note that bookings can only be made up to 14 days in advance.

You’re welcome to cancel any booking made via Punchpass at least 8 hours before the session starts. If you don’t show up for a class or need to cancel within the 8-hour window, a $15 fee will apply. This policy helps us protect our business and ensures other clients have the chance to attend fully booked classes. We do our best to be understanding in an emergency.

Yes! We welcome pregnant members in many of our classes. Please let the instructor know you are pregnant so they can provide appropriate modifications.

If you have a 3, 6, or 12-month membership, you’re eligible to pause your membership:

3-month memberships include one 2-week pause.

6-month memberships include two 2-week pauses.

12-month memberships include three 2-week pauses.

We kindly ask that you provide a few weeks’ notice before your planned pause so we can arrange it for you.
