Full Body Strength
By developing core stability, improving flexibility, and building overall strength, you'll prepare yourself to tackle more challenging barre exercises with greater ease and control.
Throughout the class, we'll use a range of Pilates techniques to strengthen the body as a whole - including our posture muscles, arms, core, hips, back, and legs. You'll be guided through a series of exercises that will challenge your strength and endurance, while also helping to improve your posture and alignment.
