With a background in high-intensity sport and CrossFit, she understands the value of both strength and recovery, and now leans into yoga as a way to reconnect with the body without pressure to perform. Her teaching is informed by her professional background in Occupational Therapy and health-focused work, giving her a thoughtful lens on injury awareness, early intervention, and the relationship between movement, work, and wellbeing. Aliesha creates a safe, welcoming space where students of all levels can explore breath, presence, and mindful movement.
