Femmi + Barre Base Run Club
Every Friday, 6.30am
Every Friday morning at 6.30am, join Femmi Coach Becky Greene for a 3km or 5km run, leaving from Barre Base studio.
These runs are supportive and non-competitive. We run together, and leave nobody behind.
All welcome, no cost, and no experience required. Tell your friends!
Becky Greene is a running athlete and coach at Femmi. Femmi supports female runners to find a healthy and sustainable way to train with, not against, their menstrual cycle.
This run club will be part a wider running community, who get together every Friday in Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland – and now Dunedin!
Meeting 6.30am at Barre Base every Friday morning in Spring.
Starts Friday 9th September.
