Introducing PunchPass. Here's what you need to know

We have a new booking system! Hooray. We will be using this system to take all bookings from October onwards, but in the meantime, there are a few simple tasks we need you to do. Here's the rundown.

Creating an account

Please create yourself an account here for all future bookings. You will also need to sign a waiver form on the system too, whether you've signed a paper one in the past or not. If you could create your account ASAP, that would really help our team with admin.

Booking your classes

It would be great if you can try your best to book in for your classes, but we will still allow walk-ins. Classes will be capped at 20, so it's in your best interest to book (even if it is 20 minutes before your workout).

Step 1: Go to our website and search for timetable (please note this will only be active from October)
Step 2: Book in your classes by clicking on the desired class. It's super easy.
Step 3: Our timetable will also be visible from your account, so you can also book there if you prefer. 

  • Please be aware you can only book 14 days in advance.
  • You can only cancel a class 6 hours before a class, so please book carefully. 
  • Please email if anything urgent comes up, otherwise please book wisely so others don't miss out if you don't show.
  • We will expect you to still pay for this session if you don't show without prior warning.

Concession cards

From October, any concession card sold will be stored on our system. This way you don't have to worry about your card going through the wash! Each class you attend, a "punch" will come off your online card. We will let you know when you're running low and it's time for a new one.

All existing physical concession cards will still be valid until May 1st, 2019. So you have plenty of time to get in and use these!

Signing in at the desk

Each client must sign in at the desk with their teacher so we can mark you off as 'attending', or add you to the list if you are a walk-in.
