Immune system support

With the colder weather starting to set in, it's an important time to support your immune system a little more! Prevention is key when it comes to avoiding winter colds and flu, so even if you are feeling well at the moment it's a great idea to take a daily immune supplement. A personal favourite has to be the Artemis thyme lemon tonic. You can drink this daily for preventative action and then increase your intake if you do become unwell. Lemon and thyme are used to support the chest, throat and respiratory system, however this still works wonders for any cold and flu! Both ingredients are fantastic for relieving flu symptoms. They help flush bacteria out from the body, especially thyme which also helps with white blood cell formation to fight bugs. Make sure you look after yourself as we enter the flu season!
