Barre Base Stretch class

If you feel as though your body needs some TLC, or perhaps your muscles aren't quite working as they should, then come along to the Barre Base 'Stretch' class!
Stretch is a 45 minute class focussing purely on mobility and flexibility. Barre Stretch focusses on dynamic stretching, which is the process of actively moving your body through a safe, full range of motion with the intent of improving the joint's functional capacity for movement! Therefore, we have a few tracks to begin with which will help warm up the body to prepare it for the stretching.
Our stretch class is very complimentary to many other sports and recreational hobbies as it helps increase one's mobility and flexibility which decreases risk of injury, assists in correct posture by lengthening tight muscles that pull areas of the body away from their intended position and increases blood and nutrient supply to muscles, thereby possibly reducing muscle soreness!
