Vanilla berry bliss balls

These bliss balls of packed with protein, and will keep your sweet tooth at bay throughout Junk Free June. 

Recipe:

1 cup cashew nuts
1/3 cup goji berries (soaked and drained)
Juice + rind of one lemon
1 scoop Inline Nutrition Vanilla Berry whey
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/3 water

Blitz ingredients until combined. You want your mixture to be sticky enough to roll into balls. So, add more water if it's a little dry, or a little more coconut if too wet. 

Roll balls in coconut to finish!
