Peanut butter protein slice

If you're looking for something sweet to eat on this sunny Sunday afternoon look no further!

This peanut butter protein slice is so good it may not last until dinner time. High in protein and completely gluten free and refined sugar free, it doesn't get too much better than this!

Recipe:
•1 can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
•3 TBSP Inline Nutrition vanilla protein powder
•2 TBSP almond milk
•1 TBSP coconut oil (melted)
•2 TBSP peanut butter (we used Pics Peanut Butter)
•2 TBSP real maple syrup
•1 tsp baking powder
•1/2 tsp baking soda
•cacao nibs

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until a smooth mixture forms. Spread into a tin and sprinkle cacao nibs on top.

Bake at 150 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top!
